Willie Nelson and The ACM's enlisted some of the newest stars in country to re-make his 1980's hit for ACM Lifting Lives COVID-19 Response Fund.
An updated and fun version on "On The Road Again" is now available on all music services. Willie Nelson sings with Ingrid Andress, Gabby Barrett, Jordan Davis, Russell Dickerson, Lindsay Ell, Riley Green, Caylee Hammack, Cody Johnson, Tenille Townes and Morgan Wallen.
The Academy Of Country Music will donate the proceeds to COVID relief and rumors are they will preform it on the 55th annual ACM Awards set for September 16th, hosted by Kieth Urban. It'll be the first time in the shows history to broadcast from three iconic locations in Nashville, the Grand Ole Opry House, the Ryman Auditorium and The Bluebird Café.
Russell Dickerson was excited to be apart of the project and wrote on Twitter, "So honored to be included in this!!!! All proceeds from the song will benefit the #ACMLiftingLives COVID-19 Response Fund!!!!
